With the support of the GIZ’s “Improved Service Delivery for Citizens in Cambodia (ISD)” project, the National Committee for Sub-national Democratic Development Secretariat (NCDDS) organised a consultative meeting to review and discuss the draft strategic plan aiming at increasing the number of women in management positions at sub-national administration (2024–2028).
The meeting was led by H.E. Chan Sothea, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Interior and Acting Head of NCDDS. Approximately 30 representatives, of which 7 are women, are from the Ministry of Civil Service, Ministry of Women’s Affairs, Ministry of Interior: General Department of Administration, General Department of Human Resources and the National School of Local Administration, Associations of Sub-national Administration Councils, and other key members of the NCDD Secretariat.
