CASE examines the current landscape, roles, and initiatives aimed at fostering inclusivity and equality for women in Thailand’s energy industry.

The event “Women in Energy: Navigating Roles and Equality in Thailand”, organised by the project CASE, implemented by GIZ in collaboration with the Centre for SDG Research and Support (SDG Move).

The event drew participants from various sectors. A key highlight was the panel discussion “Energising the Future: Inspiration from 4 Women Leaders in Energy”, bringing together distinguished experts from various energy fields to share their valuable experiences. This was followed by a Future of Thai Energy Sector co-creation activity, which provided participants with the opportunity to systematically analyse challenges and approaches to promote gender equality in the energy sector.

The Future of Thai Energy Sector co-creation activity was a collaborative session involving event attendees. During this session, participants systematically analyzed challenges and explored approaches to promote gender equality within the energy sector. © GIZ
