The GIZ project “Improved Service Delivery for Citizens in Cambodia” (ISD) collaborated with the National Committee for Sub-National Democratic Development Secretariat (NCDDS), the Ministry of Women Affairs (MOWA), and the National School of Local Administration (NASLA) to deliver a Gender Equality, Social Equity, and Inclusiveness training. This training engaged the board of governors, directors, and deputy directors of administrations from all districts and municipalities in Siem Reap, Battambang, and Banteay Meanchey provinces, totaling 101 participants, of which women constituted 50.

The training aimed to transform participants’ perceptions and behaviors regarding gender equality, social equity, and inclusivity. These aspects are important for establishing an inclusive service delivery approach that benefits all citizens. Let’s continue working toward a more social equity and inclusive society!
