PM GatiShakti Regional Workshop with States/Union Territories in Goa

Green Freight project participated in the Regional Workshop with States/Union Territories in Goa on 20^th February 2023 organised by Logistics Division, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).

During the workshop, a presentation on “City Logistics Plans – Need and Approach” was made by Green Freight project. The presentation highlighted importance and need for developing city logitsics plans, approach followed, city logistics committees and progress of work undertaken in Delhi and Bengaluru for developing the city logistics plans.

The workshop was atteneded by senior governement officers of 5 states i.e. Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Goa and Chhatisgarh.

This is the first workshop organised by Logistics Division,DPIIT, there will be six more workshops held across the country. Green Freight project has been invited to present at all the regional workshops on need and importance of city logistics.
