A series of training on green hydrogen (GH2) were organized in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang to provide comprehensive knowledge about the industry, as well as the policies and practical experiences to promote GH2 in Viet Nam.
The programme covers 7 modules including production of renewable PtX, GH2 economy, infrastructure for developing GH2, and markets for renewable PtX, etc. The training course was moderated by two lecturers, Prof. Pham Hoang Luong (Hanoi University of Science and Technology), and MSc. Nguyen Trong Tin (LILAMA 2 International Technology College), who had completed and been certified with the “Train the Trainer” programme in Berlin, Germany early this year.
The students also had a chance to visit Phu My Fertilizer Plant and Dung Quat Refinery Plant to learn about the production technology as well as their action plan for energy transition in upcoming time.
The training series on GH2 have been started since 2021 and continued during 2023 within the framework of PtX Outreach project, funded by the German Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK).
